Tattered Stones was born out of a love of craft and making things. During a successful career as a fashion designer I collected lots of beautiful scraps of fabric and ribbons and started to combine them with jewellery making techniques. Each piece which I make is entirely unique.... though I might make a new colour way as a special order or commission.
Vintage finds - broken but loved - provide me with inspiration. I follow my heart with much of the work & have sold it online, in small but gorgeous south london boutiques and also at craft fairs and markets. My latest enterprise is teaching people how to make some of the items themselves at workshops. It should be fun.
